Resume a snapshot policy

The Snapshot policy feature provides snapshot orchestration at scale (1,024 snaps per storage group). The feature simplifies snapshot management for snapshots.

The Resume snapshot policy operation is also available from the Snapshot Policies view under the Data Protection tab.

To resume a storage group associated with a snapshot policy, see Resume the snapshot policy associated with the storage group.

Steps

  1. Select a storage system that supports snapshot policies.
  2. Select Data Protection > Snapshot Policies.
  3. Select a snapshot policy, click An icon showing three dots arranged in a vertical row, signifying a menu with more options, and click Resume.
  4. Click Resume.
